We are a small, friendly and well-established dental practice based in Surrey Hills. We are looking for a very energetic, multi-tasking receptionist. Experience is welcomed but not necessary; however, you need to be a quick learner. There will be training and full support offered to the right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Available for one / two / three days each week
* Willing to cover for when our other receptionist is on leave
* Experience in reception work and/or DA is not necessary, but can be an advantage

Responsibilities and Duties
* All front office / back office admin tasks
* Answer phone calls, manage patient appointments and enquiries using D4Wsoftware
* Process payments using EFT/HICAPS technologies
* Clearly communicate with patients / dentists / dental assistants /dental suppliers
* Manage recalls
* Manage emails
* Liaise with patients in a caring and professional manner
* Build patient relations
* Coordinate laboratory work with third party providers
* General cleaning tasks
* Perform additional tasks as asked by the practice manager / senior dentist
* Willing to learn sterilisation, dental assisting and surgery preparation for dental treatment
